Welcome to the Silver Lake Boating Club

The Silver Lake Boating Club (SLBC) brings together Madison residents who share a love for boating, water sports, and community activities on beautiful Silver Lake.

The club provides opportunities for members to enjoy both social gatherings and on-the-water events throughout the year. Social events are typically held in June, July, August, and December, offering a fun and relaxed way for neighbors and friends to connect.

SLBC also sponsors a variety of recreational boating activities, including:

  • Non-competitive rowing events
  • Kayaking outings
  • Summer Sunfish sailing events

Whether you are an experienced sailor, a casual paddler, or simply enjoy spending time around the lake, there is something for everyone. You do not need to own a boat to become a member.

Membership is open to all Madison residents.
